Can I Change the Website
Name?
Are there any on-going monthly fees or Charges?
No absolutely not, no monthly fees or charges. The only other charges
you will ever have to pay are to renew your hosting ($129.00 per
year) and to renew your domain name ($16.00 per year). We pay both
of these for you for the first 12 months - included in the purchase
price.
Who are the Wholesale Suppliers?
You will be supplied with the Wholesalers details and website addresse(s)
once your have purchased a Home Business Website Package from us. We
can assure you that they are the best wholesale suppliers in Australia
(and that we have tried and test many others that "claim"
to be wholesalers, but really aren't!)
Is an ABN No. Required?
The wholesaler's do not require you to have an ABN No. to purchase
stock from them.
However, we do recommend that you get one, as it gives your
customers confidence when purchasing from you! They are FREE,
available online and available to anyone. Please
refer to the ATO website for further details www.ato.gov.au
How do I Order from the Wholesalers?
You can start ordering immediately from the Wholesale suppliers
websites, as soon as you receive your Home Business Website Package
CD from us. You will be sent the contact details and website URL's
for the wholesalers, and can also place orders by phone. Wholesalers
accept payment by Direct Bank Deposit, Credit Card / Visa/Mastercard
or by Paypal.
How long will
it take for my Website to be setup?
Pre-Installed websites are already setup and are sold to you exactly as you see
them here. You will need to allow 3-5 working days for your
website and domain name transfers to be completed and to receive
your Instruction CD.
Is each Website Unique / Original?
YES each and every website that we design is unique. Graphics, artwork,
logo's etc will never be duplicated or used on any other websites.
All domain names are original and can only ever be owned by a single
person!
Can I Change the Website Name?
NO. All pre-installed Websites are sold "as
is". It's not possible to change the website name or the
domain name.
The domain name is registered and cannot be changed.
If you want to use your own domain name - you would
need to purchase a Custom Designed Website.
Why are the Website Packages
all different Prices?
Basically the price of our websites is determined by - the graphics
and logo and how much time went into creating them. Secondly the
features, some websites have additional features setup, such as
Shop by Price, Paid Advertising, Bestselling items etc. And finally
the domain name, some domain names are valued at a higher price
than others. Generally the shorter domain names and keyword /
relevant names have a higher value.
Can you load my products onto my Website for me?
No - Pre Installed Websites come loaded with the
products that you see when you buy them. Unfortunately we cannot
add any additional or new products that you choose to stock.
Loading of any/all additional products and changes to website content
is the buyers/owners responsibility. There are hundreds of
organic products available from the wholesalers
and the choice of what you stock will be totally up to you! The
product lines do change - stock sells out and new
lines replace them.
It would be impossible for us to setup everyone's individual product
choices and selections.
It is a very simple process to load and install new products onto
our websites!!
Where do I get Photos & Product Descriptions to put
on my Website?
The wholesalers allow all resellers of their products to use
images/photos and text for any products
you are re-selling. You simply copy and paste images and text
from the wholesaler's website(s) onto your own. We do however
recommend that you might like to take the time to add your own
'personal touch's to your product descriptions. You can
modify/change/add to/remove/alter descriptions and/or photos in any
way that you like. We also recommend that you seek your own permissions regarding
use of supplier images.
Can I transfer my Website to another Host Provider?
Yes definitely, you can change your hosting service provider at
any time. The transfer of the website to a new provider will be
your own responsibility. We cannot provide any support for websites
hosted with other service providers. FREE Website hosting is included
with all packages for 12 months!
Do I need to purchase a minimum number of products per month?
No absolutely not, you have NO obligation whatsoever with the wholesalers.
Purchase as little or as much as you like.
How much will I pay for Postage/Shipping of Products?
The cost of postage is determined at the time you place your order
with the wholesalers. Postage costs are very reasonable. If
you purchase during a "free shipping/postage" SALE - you pay nothing
for delivery anywhere in Australia for orders of any size!
How much will my customers pay for Postage/Shipping?
You can set the postage/shipping costs as high or as low as you
like. All wholesale package websites are setup to
automatically use Australia Post Postage charges, and postage for
orders is automatically calculated for customers at the time of
ordering as they go through checkout. You can set the rates
higher or lower, offer FREE postage, have a flat rate eg; $7.95 for
all orders etc, charge a handling fee etc - the choice is yours.
What if something happens to the Wholesale Suppliers?
We provide you with a minimum of at least two (2) Australian
Wholesale Suppliers with all packages. In the unlikely
event that something did happen to one of them - you could simply
use one of the others! You can choose to use all suppliers, or one
of them or even none of them (source your own products) - again the
choice is yours!
Can I sell my own Products from my Website?
Yes definitely, the website is 100% your own -
sell whatever you like - there are no restrictions!
Sell your own arts and crafts, children's products, find your own
wholesale suppliers - again no restrictions!
Are Websites configured to handle GST?
Yes - all websites have built in GST functionality (10% goods &
services tax).
The GST component is turned off by default, but it is simple to
enable it should you wish to include GST.
What email addresses are included?
All hosting accounts and websites are setup with two default email
addresses;-
sales@xxxxxxxx.com and contact@xxxxxxxx.com
An unlimited number of email addresses can be setup with each package,
so you can create as many custom addresses as you like!
Can I make changes to the Website Content?
Yes of Course! Full and easy to follow instructions
are provided with all packages to allow you to change; products,
prices, categories, sizes, product and category text & images,
information pages, shipping and payment details, contact details
and more.
Can I make changes to the
Website Design?
Certainly you can make changes to your website design if you have
skills in this area. We recommend only using the services of a professional
designer to make any changes that you require. Unfortunately we
cannot make any design changes or add any additional functionality
to pre-installed websites, after purchase (without cost). We also
do not provide support for anyone trying or attempting to make website
design changes themselves (this usually results in entire websites
not working!)
Of course you can ask us for a quote for any additional features
or work that you like done to you website at any time in the future!
Can the Website Colours/Text be changed?
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to the original website design
or change the colours/text after you have purchased. Please
inquire about any colour or text changes before you purchase!
You can request specific colours, text, graphics etc if you purchase
a custom package.
How many Home Business Website Packages do you make available?
Sales are strictly limited to a Combined Total of 6 Pre-Installed Websites per month (this
includes all packages)!
This might be: 1 x Toys Website, 1 x Ladies Clothing, 1 x New Age
Website, 1 x Homeware Website, 1 x Kids Clothing
Website & 1 x Gifts Website. (Basically any combination of
Websites - Total / Maximum of 6)
How are Website packages
delivered?
Your website user manuals and software etc will be sent to you on
CD via Australia Post.
Your domain name, website and hosting package will be transferred
and signed over to you online.
Can I sell on eBay?
Of course! You can sell the products anywhere you like. On eBay
or any other online auction sites.
Do you assist with submitting my Website to Search Engines?
Yes - We provide you with FREE automated tools and software that will
automatically submit your website to all of the major search engines
and directories. We also provide links to the very best FREE online
advertising and directories, that will also submit your website and
get you listed in google etc. We even provide details
of how to use services such as Google Adwords to ensure
your website gets listed at the top of
Google!
What about Marketing and Promoting my Website?
Yes - again we provide you with many different methods of website
marketing and advertising, most of which are FREE to use. There
are so many ways to get customers to your website both online and
offline and we include full details with all packages. There are
many ways to take advantage of FREE website advertising and promotion!
We can show you how to get listed in some of the top search engines
for FREE!
What if for whatever reason
I decide I cannot continue with my Website / Store?
You can simply cease operating. Just do not pay your domain name
and website hosting renewals when they are due. There are no EXIT
fees.
How much can I expect to make?
The amount of money you make depends on YOU. Like any business you
will get back what you put in. You already know the product wholesale
prices, recommended retail prices, and can see the HUGE mark up .... so
you really can't go wrong! We have some very (very) successful website operators!
Some have added to their portfolio's and operate more than one website!
Is this a part-time or full-time income?
You can make a very profitable living from our Home Business &
Website Packages. We only offer packages and products that are found
to be very high growth areas for online sales. We thoroughly research
all products and online selling trends before making packages available.
Yes it is possible to generate a full-time income by operating this
business part-time!
How much start-up stock will I need to buy?
That really depends on you, and your budget. You can start off with
a small order of just $200.00 and use the profits you make from
your sales to place larger orders. The larger the orders that you place,
the more discounts you are likely to receive from the wholesalers
on top of the already low wholesale prices! They tend to offer additional
% discounts to orders over $500, $1000 etc and also free shipping
etc. So the more you spend on each order, the more you will usually
save!!
Do I need a large storage area at home?
NO. You can order just one or two box's at a time and
store them pretty much anywhere.
We strongly recommend that you purchase all stock before listing
it on your website for sale.
How do I pay the Wholesalers for my Customer's Orders?
The wholesaler's accept payment for orders by Paypal, Money Order,
Direct Bank Deposit or Credit Card, the choice is yours!
Are there any Extra Fees or Charges?
No absolutely not - it is FREE to sign up with the Wholesaler's
and to become a reseller after you have purchased a Home Business
Website Package from us.
Are you able to answer any questions I might have regarding
the running of this Business?
Yes - we can help you with any and all questions that you may have,
everything from placing orders through to general business and website
operations. All of the information you will need is included in
the Home Business / Website Package instructions. Any questions
please just ask!

do you make available?

Should I be concerned about
too many businesses the same as mine being operated?
No - definitely not. We only make available a very limited number of
websites from each package.
There are so many different products and such a large selection
of items available from the wholesalers that no two stores will
EVER be the same or sell the same products (it's just not
possible!). The custom designed
graphics, logo, domain name and websites that we provide - will
further ensure individuality of any stores purchased from us.
You can also expand and add your own products to your own
Website! Find your own products and suppliers and "broaden
your horizons"!
Remember, the INTERNET is a very BIG PLACE and online
sales are growing each and every day!
